They were all very informative on personal and professional level both. Which has helped me understand New Zealand better while I am a migrant here. I learned that food is not only about eating. It involves planning, active reading of labels, smart shopping, knowledge of your own needs.

Chinese Health Seminar (Allergies)

Today’s Health Seminar was very beneficial for me. I learnt different allergic conditions, how to try to recognize the triggers of allergy and how to prevent the allergy.
